His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Adetona (CFR, JP, OGBAGBA II), the revered Awujale and Paramount Ruler of Ijebu Land, on the occasion of the prestigious Ojude Oba Festival.

He wished the monarch and the good people of Ijebu Land peace, prosperity, and unity as they celebrate 2025 Ojude Oba Festival. 

The Ojude Oba Festival is a cherished tradition that showcases the rich heritage and cultural identity of the Ijebu people. This rich traditional event not only highlights the community's history and values but also plays a critical role in promoting tourism and economic development in the region.

The annual celebration attracts visitors from far and wide, thereby boosting local businesses and fostering cultural exchange. 

Wale Kuku's Said un that the Ojude Oba is a cultural heritage of multifarious importance and emphasized the need for preserving and honoring our cultural legacy, emphasizing that the Ojude Oba Festival must be sustained and preserved for future generations. 

By doing so, the festival will continue to serve as a vital link to the past while driving economic growth and cultural pride through tourism. He added that he projects Ojude Oba to become the most celebrated cultural event in Sub-Saharan Africa.
